Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on perfumes, body products, or any other items once shipped.
For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, body melts, salves, and other personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us through the Contact Us tab and include your order number so we can review the issue and assist you.
In rare cases where a refund is approved at our discretion, the original shipping fee of $4.99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note:
- Minor cosmetic imperfections such as small dents, scratches, or marks on tins and packaging may occur during transit and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
- Body melts, salves, and butter-based products may soften or melt during warm weather or transit. This does not affect product quality and refunds will not be issued for melting.
- Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
- Fragrance perception is subjective. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal scent preference.
